The project Petrské náměstí is a construction of 5 new flats in the existing attic area of the house No. 1664. The aim is to offer a high standard of living in one of the oldest parts of the Prague New Town. Together with new construction a rehabilitation of the entire building is planned, which will improve the quality of housing for new residents.

Unoccupied space in the attic of the house in the core of Prague, as we understand, is the area available for luxury housing. Likewise, we understand the uniqueness of the house in its present mass and urban contexts. Therefore, we propose airy spaces in a quiet residential area, five minutes from city center - Wenceslas Square.

The unique project constellation, where the investor does not benefit only from the genius loci, which is itself a good sales article, comes with an effort to create individual housing with an emphasis on quality materials.

The House Rehabilitation

There will be a reconstruction of the whole building soon. First, repairing of facades. In addition, two lifts will be constructed – first from the street tract, the second lift will be wedged into the inner corner of the court tract.
